Return Policy

GORX Fitness LLC accepts returns for the following reasons:

  • The wrong item was shipped.
  • The product is defective or damaged.
  • The product did not meet the customer’s expectations.
  • The customer received the product as a gift and doesn’t want it.
  • The product meets one of the three criteria above and is within 30 days of the delivery date.

We do not accept returns for the following reasons.

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned.
  • Buyers remorse.
  • Size exchanges.
  • If tags are removed.
  • If the product was a gift.

Steps to take to return an item:

Once you have submitted the form it takes us a few days to review it before initiating the return. We'll forward you an email with any additional instructions after your ticket has been reviewed. In general, it takes a couple of weeks for customers to receive their refund. Understand that returns are at that the expense of the customer.
